QueueBill app review information

This page summarizes QueueBill's reviewer access, Data Safety, permissions, OAuth, and payment handling for Google Play and Google OAuth review.
App access
QueueBill opens with Google sign-in. Tap "Continue with Google". Any Google account can sign in; no activation code, invite, store code, or paid checkout is required. After sign-in, QueueBill opens Local Store mode directly.
- Sign in with Google.
- Create or use menu items.
- Create an order from the billing screen.
- Open Queue to update order status.
- Open Settings to review Store Profile, Printer Setup, Plan & Upgrade, Privacy, and Data deletion.
Customer Live Tracking review
Customer Live Tracking is optional. It asks for one additional Google consent using https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. The app creates one vendor-owned tracking Sheet, adds public_status, makes the public status tab readable by link, verifies public CSV access, saves setup on the phone, and enables tracking.
If a reviewer skips drive.file consent, local billing, queue, menu, reports, settings, and deletion flows remain usable.
Data Safety summary
- Google sign-in creates a QueueBill app account identity through Firebase Auth.
- Account data can include display name, email address, Firebase user ID, sign-in state, IP address, user agent strings, Firebase Android App ID, and authentication request metadata.
- Local POS data stays on the vendor phone unless the vendor exports it, contacts support, or enables optional Customer Live Tracking.
- Optional tracking writes only public-safe token status rows to a vendor-owned Google Sheet.
- QueueBill does not use ads, advertising SDKs, SMS/call log permissions, all-files access, broad Drive access, broad Sheets access, Gmail access, or background location.
Permissions
- Internet is used for Google sign-in, optional Sheet setup/sync, QR tracking, support links, and network workflows.
- Bluetooth/Nearby permissions are used only to discover and connect 58mm thermal receipt printers.
- Legacy fine location is capped to older Android versions for Bluetooth scanning compatibility only. QueueBill does not use location tracking.
- Menu import, file import, and backup workflows are user-initiated.

Upgrade conversations happen through QueueBill support, outside the Android app. QueueBill Live Pro Kit is a contact-only Rs4,999 one-time lifetime hardware and setup package with 58mm printer hardware, setup support, Customer Live Tracking, local reports/menu tools, and priority support.
